September Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Welcome to our Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! We will be featuring September's SOTM, which is Fall Favorites, a set of 11 stamps. This set is great for our using new Alcohol Ink Markers.

Creative Fun Weekend

I had a wonderful weekend spent with friends creating, laughing, chatting and eating:)  It just doesn't get much better than that...except it could have been a few more days!!!  

Here are some of the items I created:

First up is a gift card holder using the Artists Cricut cartridge and B1404 Cup of Cheer stamp set and the new alcohol ink markers...so much fun:)

The next card is using the markers, C1511 Love Blooms Stamp set, and Stardust Glitter Gel.

Next up is a card using the the new Slate Satin Polka Dot Ribbon, a pin from the Slate Mini-Melody Collection and D1525 Casual Expressions Stamp set.

Next is the new Black Striped Grossgrain Ribbon and the National Stamping Month Special Double D stamp set "It's Your Day".     

Next is a card made using the Artiste Cricut Cartrige.  I cut the butterflies and glued them to a black card.  I love the simplicity:)

This last card is again made using Artiste..it is a 3x3 card

Christy and Allie Tomlinson's Artsy Bangles Class

I am taking Christy and Allie Tomlinson's Artsy Bangle Class.  It is so fun:)  Here is a bangle I made using a Water bottle. I used Close to My Heart's Dakota Paper and Sparkle Flourish, Matt Mod Podge and Tim Holtz fasteners.  I have  more I made and will share them when I get pictures.

Creating

I am having my New Catalog Open House tonight so I have been making samples to display and have been busy playing with the new Close To My Heart products...I am having so much fun!!  I love the new Cricut Artiste cartridge..there are so many fun things on it.  Here are a few of the things I have been creating...

This first card is using the new Flirty Paper and our new alcohol ink pens. 

On this one I used the Stamp of the Month and the burlap ribbon...love love love that ribbon:)

This layout also uses the Stamp of the Month and another favorite..Kraft Cardstock.

The next 2 cards and the layout use the National Stamping Month Special Double D stamp sets.

The next few projects are using the Scholastic Paper and of course the Artiste cartridge and the one of the stamp sets included with the Artiste collection.

More new products

I have been having fun playing with the products, especially the Artiste Cricut Cartridge.  Here are a few more things I have made....


First are so more Halloween creations..this is a coffin treat box..I used the new black Tulle ribbon.

This is a bat card..I have to say I am not fond of bats but this little guy is pretty cute:)

This next card is my version of the AMAZING Tresa Black   if you have not seen her work you are missing out...I am one of her many blog stalkers....love love love her:)

Autumn/Winter 2012 New Catalog Blog Hop

Be Afraid.....

Very Afraid....I saw this cute card in the September Cardmaker magazine and just had to lift the idea.  I have all of my new CTMH products and among them is the Moonlight Workshop on the Go, which is a Halloween themed kit.


Here is my version of what was in the magazine....

It is an accordion card and I love how it turned out.  You  know I just had to use the new Artiste Cricut Cartridge too:)  The big owl and the spider web on the band were cut using it.
