Here is a card I made.  

I have a bit of the hexagon theme going here....  I used the following to make this card:

Z1853 Aqua Dots
Z1850 Lagoon Houndstooth Washi Tape
D1558 Washi Wonder (is a Hostess Set and can only be purchased when you host a party)
