July 2018 Stamp of the Month

 July's SOTM, which is Highlight Reel , a set of 23 stamps.  It is perfect for cards and scrapbook.

Here is what I made with this set:

I used my water brush and stamp pads to water color the balloons and when they dried I added Shimmer Brush to add some shine.
