March Stamp of the Month

I have been MIA for awhile.  My Mom fell and broke her pelvis so I went to California help her.  While with her I had time to play.  Here is a card I made with the March stamp "Sensational Seasons".  I have to admit I wasn't thirlled when I first saw this stamp, but when I started to stamp with it I was hooked...these bunnies are just to stinkin' CUTE:)

I used the new Sophia paper pack, Pear, Blush, Chocolate, Black and Outdoor Denim ink pads.  To color this little cutie I used my blending pen and picked up color from the lid of my stamp pads, since I did not have my pens.

It is good to be home!  Thanks for hopping by:)

Here's the wallhanging that I made:

Products I used:
D1452 Find Your Style
X7135B Wings Level 2 Paper Pack
Z2157 Vineyard Berry Stamp Pad
Z2103 Bamboo Stamp Pad
Z891 VersaMark Stamp Pad
Z671 Clear Embossing Powder

Z1131 Creme Brulee Ribbon Collection
Z1333 Mocha Opagues Adhesive Gems
Acrylic Paint
6x6 Canvas
Crop-o-dile

I painted the edges of the canvas.  Stamped the butterfly with Vineyard Berry ink, then VersaMark, embossed with clear embossing powder and cut it out.  Stamped the butterfly on the B&T paper in in Bamboo and then glued cut out butterfly, with Liquid Glass, over it making sure to just glue  the body leaving the wings free and bent up.  Applied Liquid glass to the antenna. Applied Mocha Opagues along the body using a larger one for the head.  Stamped the sentiment and punched holes to put ribbon to hang it.

Happy Birthday Jesus

I would like wish you all a VERY Merry Christmas.

Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.  This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.” Luke 2:11-12

Happy Birthday Jesus!

I won..I won...again!!

Oh boy I cannot believe I won again.  This time it was on Inspired Stamps Blog.  This is a blog and stamp company of a fellow CTMH consultant who has quit to start her own stamp company .  Her company is all faith based clear stamps.  She has some really awesome stamps.  She had asked for our favorite bible verses, which if chosen she would make into stamps.....Mine was one of the four chosen...woohoo.  Here's my winning entry:

Jean M said... I have a couple. the first is 2 Corinthians 5:8 "We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord." I love this verse for Sympathy cards

Please check out Antoinette's website Inspired Stamps.

Thank you Antoinette:)

I will post a card I made using some of her amazing stamps later:)
