April Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Welcome to our Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! We will be featuring April's SOTM, which is My Sunshine, a set of 8 stamps. I love this stamp set.  It also works with the CTMH Artiste Cricut Cartridge, which makes me happy, because I love using my Cricut!!

I got this idea from Cathie Filian and Steve Piacenza @ Plaid. 
I knew I had to make a flower using our Hollyhock Zipper Lace (Z1826).  So here is my frame.  I used the For Always Paper pack (X7165B) and the Black Sparkle Flourishes (Z1745) also.   

I love how it turned out and plan on making many more flowers.  Unfortunately I have learned that the Zipper Lace is no longer available:(((  But I am going to start looking for zippers I can remove from old clothes!!! 

4/3/13 Update..zipper ribbon is available again...yea...doing the happy dance:)

Hoppy Easter

Yesterday I was playing with the Hoppy Easter stamp set....here are some cards I made....

I colored the images with our alcohol ink markers.  Love the cute images..especially the little bird:)
