If this is your first stop, you may want to go back to Erin's blog http://www.tazzygirl2000.blogspot.com/ and start from the beginning!"This is simple do to- just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one!

Here we go,

This fun card was so easy to make with the new Sweet Home paper! I love the colors and patterns of this paper. It reminds me of a quilt my Grandma made. I used 4 different papers and made a paper quilt. The "ribbon" is actually a strip from one of the papers which I maounted on a strip of Buttercup cardstock and I added the slide to make it look like a belt. The stamp set "Delightful Things" is one of my favorites from the new catalog. I kept it simple to show off the beautiful papers.

Here is what I used:

X7116B Sweet Home Level 2 Paper Packet

Z1037 Shades of Chocolate Mini Medley Accents

D1369 Delightful Things My Acrylix Stamp Set

Z2130 Indian Corn Blue Stamp Pad

Thanks for "hopping" by:)

Sneak Peek

Our new catalog is coming out September 1st and I have been playing with some of the new products. Here is what I have been up to:

The following cards are made with the new Sweet Home paper and it reminded me of a quilt my Grandma made so I made a paper quilt using the 6 different patterns. They are stamped with the September Stamp of the Month.

The pearls on the card below are the Connection Club Reward for the new catalog and you can earn them after you have spent $200. I also used the Delightful Things Stamp set on this card the the notebook below.

The following are the cards and one page of the scrapbook page from my Twitterpatted Workshop I will be having on September 18th. Aren't they the cutest.

Here's the cover of the new catalog. I know I am being a tease, but you can join me next Friday, September 4th to get your copy and to see and touch some of the new products.
Look for a new product Blog Hop starting tomorrow. I am excited to be a part of the hop and I know you will see some amazing artwork from all of the talented ladies who are participating so check back tomorrow! Until then Happy Creating:)

Time keeps on slipping!

Time keeps on slipping, slipping, slipping into the future...... this Steve Miller Band song is the my current theme song. I just cannot seem to keep up lately. It has been over a month since I last posted and I have no real good excuse accept.....time keeps on slipping. I have been creating (playing) quite a lot lately. Here's my take on the workshop I am having on Friday. The pictures are from my trip, the handsome young man driving is my son, David. We drove 3683 miles and saw 5 states (WA., OR., ID., MT., & WY.)...some of them we only saw small parts of but hey we were there!

Here are some pictures of the cards made with the National Stamping Month Kit from CTMH. If you buy $60 in My Acrylix Stamp Sets you get it for FREE or you can purchase the kit for $39.95. It has all you need to complete 16 cards (2 of each of the designs). Love this kit and you get the stamp set and small ink pads too.

I made these card using the August Stamp of the month It's Your Day.

Here's a card I lifted from someone and I apologize I do not remember who from or I would give you credit.
I used the following:
D1325 Argyle Background
D1298 Beautiful Things
Desert Sand Cardstock & stamp pad
Chocolate Cardstock & stamp pad
The Dream was cut with my Cricut using the Home Essentials cartridge.

I love it when I feel creative and can't wait to get home and play with my toys. Hopefully I will be better about updating my blog, but I am not promising......it comes down to updating the blog or playing with my toys guess what wins:) And with a new catalog starting September 1st I have had a few new toys to play with and will be posting my creations soon.
Happy August:)
