More Christmas

Here is my version of the tree on the cover of the Holiday From the Heart Gift Guide.

This is a bit time consuming but I think I will try another.  I learned that the hot glue gun and I are NOT friends...I burnt myself a few times:(  I used the Sparkle & Shine paper pack and the Santa Claus Stamp set  The snowflakes were cut the Cricut using Silver Glitter paper.  If you would like to try making one yourself here is a video link from obsessedwithscrapbooking with all the details!!

Here are some fun fast cards I made.

I used the Glory to God Stamp set and the Frosted paper pack.  These are fast and great for mass producing.

Thanks for hopping by!  Now go and CREATE:)

It's Beginning to Look Like Christmas

I had my Christmas Card Workshop a couple of weeks ago and here are my 50 cards ready to be addressed and mailed.

I am also taking part in Tracy Weinzapfel's Mixed Media Holiday Card Swap
Here are my 10 cards I will be swapping.

I am feeling good about being a bit ahead of the holiday game.  It probably won't last but for now I am good...hohoho

Christmas is coming!!!!

I know not the news you really wanted to hear but it is coming and coming fast!!  Here are a couple of cards I made using the October Stamp of the Month.  I used the Cricut Artiste Cartirdge to make this first swing card.   It makes it easy peasy to make swing cards.

This next card also incoporates the Artiste cartridge to to cut the mittens and sentiment tag.

Okay something a little more timely, here is a Halloween tag made with the Artiste cartridge.  The spider has Martha Stewert "glow in the dark" glitter so it doesn't show up so good in the picture.

Thanks for hopping by:)  Now go and do something creative!!!!!

It's Black and White!

I was playing with the Holiday Wishes stamp set and stamped the ornament in black and then sat there trying to decide what to do next and decided that I should go with an elegant "black tie" look (so not me).  I like how this turned out even though it is not my traditional green and red Christmas colors!! I think it is quite elegant and maybe even a bit classy....for my more elegant and classy friends;)

I am a Traditional Girl!

Let me explain.... I am a traditional red and green Christmas girl.  I really do not like using other colors for Christmas, but I decided I needed to step out of my traditional box and try something untraditional so here it goes....

Sorry to say I am really not feeling the Christmas spirit with this card, but I tried it;)  Now back into my box I go......
