December Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Welcome to our Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! We will be featuring December's SOTM, which is Mad About You, a set of 14 stamps. I had fun playing with this set!

If you have come here from Karen Fullam's Blog, you are on the right path! If this is your first stop, you may want to go back to Helen's Blog and start from the beginning! This month we have over 50 Close To My Heart Consultants sharing their creations using this month's SOTM and other great CTMH products on their blogs. This is simple to do - just  click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Here we go

Here's my card I made:

I used the following to make this card:

Z1686 Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge (to cut card and shapes)
X7143B Sonoma Level 2 Paper Pack
Z1635 Heirloom Assortment
Z1375 Kraft Cardstock
Z2147 Dusty Plum Stamp Pad
1514 Tombow Adhesive

I have to say this is becoming one of my favorite paper packs.  Loving the dusty plum and olive together!   Below I have some more cards I made.  I random stamped a sheet of Colonial White Cardstock and then cut it to make up my cards..I even had enough to make a bookmark.

Now hop on over to Diana Soling's Blog to see her amazing artwork:)  Thanks for hopping by.

More TP

.....rolls that is!  I am taking a Bind-it-All 101 class at My Creative Classroom.

I have had my BIA for years and have only used it occasionally so I decided to take this class and 2 others that start in Dec.  Here is one of the things we were taught to make using TP rolls:

....I have been using more than my share of TP and paper towels just so I can make some more;)  They are so easy just flatten the rolls and cover in paper. I sealed the edge I was going to bind, but the really don't have to.  I also sealed the cover right edge..I left the back page open for my tag.  I used the CTMH Believe Paper pack, which I LOVE!!

I think they are stinkin cute..no pun intended.

Thanks for hopping by:)

It's Black and White!

I was playing with the Holiday Wishes stamp set and stamped the ornament in black and then sat there trying to decide what to do next and decided that I should go with an elegant "black tie" look (so not me).  I like how this turned out even though it is not my traditional green and red Christmas colors!! I think it is quite elegant and maybe even a bit classy....for my more elegant and classy friends;)

I am a Traditional Girl!

Let me explain.... I am a traditional red and green Christmas girl.  I really do not like using other colors for Christmas, but I decided I needed to step out of my traditional box and try something untraditional so here it goes....

Sorry to say I am really not feeling the Christmas spirit with this card, but I tried it;)  Now back into my box I go......

Birthday Wishes

Here's a card I made for my Aunt Fran who turns the big 8...0 on Friday.  Happy Birthday Aunt Fran:)

Thankful

First off I want to thank all of those who serve our country...Freedom is not free and my family and I appreciate your service protecting our great country!!!

I have become quite fond of acorns recently..even though here in Hawaii we have coconuts not acorns!   I have been making these cute acorns with my Cricut and my CTMH Art Philosophy cartridge.  Here is  my latest creation...

I made a Thanksgiving banner for my home.  I made just them like the smaller one, just bigger.  I love how it turned out.  Thanks for hopping by and have a great weekend:)
