January Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Merry Chirstmas!!!

Here are the cards I sent out this year..






I used the Mary and Babe stamp set  from the Holiday From the Hearts Catalog.  I love this set!!!!! I used my Spectrum Noir Markers to color in the images, matted the image with Lagoon cardstock and embossed the Colonial White with an embossing folder.

Snowmen

Merry Christmas!  I have been creating just have not taken pictures or posted lately.  Here are some snowmen I made using the My Creations Collage Cubes.  I got the idea from Splitcoaststampers.  I love how they turned out.


I covered them with Frosted Paper and the Ruby Chevron Ribbon for their scarves.  

I will be posting more creations soon...I promise!

A Few Craft Fair Items

I have signed up to do my first craft fair..yikes...I am nervous and excited.  Here are a few things I will be trying to sell.  





I have a friend who "de-blocked"  (I know it is probably not a word but it is what she did!) her rubber stamps and asked if I wanted the wood....well I of course I DID!!!  I have had them for a few months and was working on my cards to sell and this brilliant idea popped into my head..... thank you Jesus!! So this is what I did with them.  I think they turned out super cute and I hope someone else does too:)   If anyone is "de-blocking" your rubber stamps and want to unload your wood blocks let me know;)

More Christmas

Here is my version of the tree on the cover of the Holiday From the Heart Gift Guide.    


This is a bit time consuming but I think I will try another.  I learned that the hot glue gun and I are NOT friends...I burnt myself a few times:(  I used the Sparkle & Shine paper pack and the Santa Claus Stamp set  The snowflakes were cut the Cricut using Silver Glitter paper.  If you would like to try making one yourself here is a video link from obsessedwithscrapbooking with all the details!!

Here are some fun fast cards I made.


I used the Glory to God Stamp set and the Frosted paper pack.  These are fast and great for mass producing.

Artbooking Made Easy: Festive Mini Albums (S01E09) (+playlist)

It is beginning to look a lot like...

Christmas....I know it is only October but I have been playing with the products from the Holiday From the Heart Catalog.  There are so many wonderful products in this catalog. 

Here is a card I made using the Sparkle & Shine Washi Tape and a stamp from the Season's Tweetings Gift Bag Kit

.  

I love my washi tape and the simplicity of this card:)

I fell in love with the Sparkle & Shine Paper Pack...It is perfect for the holidays, but is also great for non holiday use too as I have shown with my Happy Birthday Card.   


The Santa was stamped with black archival ink and colored with our alcohol ink markers.  For the hat I stamped with ruby ink and cut it out and glued to the black hat.

I Had the Best Weekend

I spent the weekend with my scrapping cult.....we had a stay-cation and boy was it fun.  We started Friday night and played until Sunday afternoon.  
I did not get anything done on Friday night..I just sat a gabbed with the girls. But Saturday and Sunday I was pretty productive.  Here are the cards I made...

The hexagon cards I used a technique I cased from Obsessed with Scrapbooking Blog....she has tons of amazing videos and her artwork is always gorgeous!!

We had such a wonderful creative weekend with laughter, food, friends, a wee bit of shopping and FUN FUN FUN, but it had to end and we had to go back to the real world!!

It's all in the Bag

I wanted to make a bag to put catalogs in for my new downline...I had some canvas bags I bought in CA and decided I would stamp on one of them.  I used Brown Stazon, CTMH Alcohol Ink Markers, CTMH Pigment ink pads, Stardust Glitz Glitter Gel, the "Love This" stamp set (B1432) and the Alphabet stamp for this month's special.  I like how it turned out I hope Stephanie likes it too:)
